Tom Colitsas – Founding Member
Tom has over 45 years of business experience. But, at the core of it all, Tom is a businessman and an entrepreneur.
Tom services clients in a variety of industries but is a true expert in the areas of franchises and corporate workouts. In fact, he is often called upon as a resource by other professionals, both inside and outside the firm, in these areas.
In addition to his numerous hours spent building this practice over the past four decades, Tom has also been an active public servant. He served as a New Jersey State Real Estate Commissioner from 1981 to 1989. He was President of the Board of Managers for the Mercer County Donnelly Hospital, a geriatric hospital for the indigent, from 1979 to 1986. He also served as a New Jersey Legislative aide from 1986 to 1988.
Tom currently serves on the Board of Directors for I.A.F.O and ARC which he is also Treasurer and is on the Board of Directors for the Plainsboro Housing Authority. He was previously on the board of DDIFO for 6 years. He is a member in the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, New Jersey Society of Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Enrolled Agents.
Jim Colitsas, CPA- Managing Member
A lifelong New Jerseyan, Jim began his career with Ernst & Young, LLP in Manhattan. While at Ernst & Young, Jim was part of the Entrepreneurial Services Department where he worked primarily with companies looking to launch initial public offerings (IPOs), companies that had just gone public and large privately- held companies.
Jim focuses most of his time at the firm on tax, business and financial planning, mediation support services, as well as special projects for our clients. In addition to being a CPA, he is a Registered Investment Advisor. His professional memberships include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, National Association of Tax Preparers, New Jersey Society of CPAs and the Princeton Chamber of Commerce.
As an active member of his community Jim as enjoyed working with a variety of charities over the years and is currently on the board for Trinity Counseling Services, Project Freedom and Diversity Discovered.
When he is not working, Jim enjoys spending time with his wife, Maya, and their two kids, Tommy and Bella and their dog Spike. He is a proud alumnus of Rutgers University, where he received both his undergraduate degree and his MBA, and, most importantly, met his wife.

Nancy Crowe, CPA
Nancy has worked in a variety of roles in both public and private accounting since starting her career more than 20 years ago. Her experience. attitude and tremendous work ethic has made Nancy a valuable team member since joining PFG in 2013. Nancy works with our clients accounting, tax planning, and tax preparation needs.
Nancy graduated from Merrimack College with a BS in Accounting and has her MBA from Monmouth University. She is a member of the NJ Society of Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Linda Farinola, CFA, CFP©, EA
Linda is the founder and manager of our Registered Investment Advisory firm. She joined the team in 2010 and brings decades of experience in investment portfolio management, financial and retirement planning, tax, and treasury management. Linda is a proud alumnus of Penn State and Rutgers. When not working with money, Linda spends time tending her garden. She and her husband enjoy growing and preparing meals and enjoying them with family, friends, and a glass of wine.

Joyce Morrison
Joyce joined our firm in 1999 handling the records for our restaurants. Shortly afterwards her client base expanded to include various industries including real estate and general contracting, and franchises. In 2014 she became a partner in the firm overseeing the franchise department along with other various clients. Her expertise includes write ups, financial reporting, payroll and covenant compliance on major bank loans. Joyce has over 25 years of hands on accounting experience ranging from very small business accounts to multi-million dollar accounts.
In her free time Joyce enjoys spending time with her family and living along the Jersey Shore.
