Our Team Members
When Heidi joined PFG in 2016, she brought over 20 years of bookkeeping and write up experience in a variety of industries such as retail, professional services and non-profit. Heidi’s focus and willingness to take on a variety of challenges makes her an expert in both individual and small business taxes.
Heidi is a QuickBook Pro Advisor and has her Masters in Accounting. When not working, she is active in several local non-profit companies.
Linda joined our firm in January 2015 and is currently our office manager and Tom’s executive assistant. Her responsibilities include Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, entity formations and dissolutions and bookkeeping. She keeps PFG running smoothly and efficiently by helping in every aspect of the business.
Linda’s past work experience includes a licensed Real Estate agent, a receptionist and a variety of other small jobs. Her most rewarding accomplishment has been raising her two now grown children. She resides in Bucks County, PA.
Nancy Crowe, CPA
Nancy has worked in a variety of roles in both public and private accounting since starting her career more than 20 years ago. Her experience. attitude and tremendous work ethic has made Nancy a valuable team member since joining PFG in 2013. Nancy works with our clients accounting, tax planning, and tax preparation needs.
Nancy graduated from Merrimack College with a BS in Accounting and has her MBA from Monmouth University. She is a member of the NJ Society of Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Kelly DiTosto, CPA
Kelly DiTosto joined the firm in 2018 with more than 30 years of diverse experience working for public accounting firms in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Kelly received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Villanova University. She is a member in good standing with the Pennsylvania Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Bryan Katz, CFP®, RICP®, CLU®, ChFC®, CASL®
Bryan brings over 20 years of financial services experience to the Princeton Financial Group. Upon graduation he joined Wall Street where he spent 15 years in institutional equity investing. There he worked closely with portfolio managers at major institutions helping them invest in publicly traded companies. In 2012, Bryan joined Northwestern Mutual shifting his focus to helping families and small business owners.
As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Bryan specializes in retirement planning, investment management and insurance planning. He utilizes a comprehensive planning approach working closely with his clients in designing a financial plan individualized to their specific goals while leveraging his Wall Street experience in helping them accumulate wealth. Bryan sits on the Board of the Ronald McDonald House.
Bryan graduated from the University of Delaware earning a B.S. in Business Administration with a Finance Concentration. He lives in West Windsor, NJ with his wife and 2 daughters. When not backstage working one of his daughters’ many shows, Bryan enjoys living an active lifestyle playing basketball and obstacle course racing.
Jill has been an administrative assistant in the financial services industry for over 5 years. Prior to that she was an elementary school teacher in third grade and special education classrooms. Although very different fields, Jill likes to use her teaching background to help clients understand any questions they may have and uses her organizational skills for an efficient client experience.
Jill focuses much of her time on the insurance platform coordinating applications, underwriting and post approval implementation. She also handles all the marketing for PFG including the website, social media, sponsorships, and advertising.
When not in the office, Jill is a mother to two wonderful kids and serves on a board of a local theater company where her free time is spent producing, stage managing or artistically painting sets for shows.
Patricia Kopp, CPA
Pat joined PFG in 2012 and has more than 30 years of experience in accounting. Prior to working with our firm she worked as a manager of a national public accounting firm, as well as a Controller of a privately held company with gross sales in excess of $50 million, and as the owner of her own accounting practice in Monmouth County. She is a QuickBooks Pro Advisor and is well versed in many computerized accounting packages such as Timberline, Lawson and MAS 90.
She received her BS in Accounting from American University in Washington DC. She is a member in good standing with the NJ Society of Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Financial Planning Association of NJ.
Kristen joined Princeton Financial Group in March of 2019 at our front desk. Kris has many responsibilities that range from Billing to Ordering Supplies. She is also in charge of scheduling, answering phones, and making sure all clients who visit are taken care of. Before joining PFG, Kristen worked for years in a family owned company which ran numerous entities such as a hair salon, and a construction company, to name a few. During her tenure at her previous job she took several years off to be a full time homemaker, then returning to her career as her children got older. When not at the front desk, Kristen enjoys spending time with her friends & family, maybe taking day or weekend trips to the shore or other fun spots in our area, most importantly she is the proud mother of two fantastic teenagers.
Phillip Mosca, CPA
Phillip received both his undergraduate and Master’s Degree in Accounting from Rutgers University in New Brunswick. After previously working with other accounting firms, Phillip moved to PFG in 2017. With the work he has done in public accounting, he has gained valuable experience in multiple areas such as tax and auditing. Phillip works with a lot of franchise and small business owners. He is a CPA licensed by the state of NJ.
While not helping his clients, Phillip enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Nancy is our Investment Advisory Associate. She has 10+ years working in the banking and finance industry and has held several financial and professional licenses. She has worked as a Small Business Specialist, Licensed Relationship Banker and most recently working as a Mortgage Originator. She is furthering her financial knowledge by going back to college and pursuing a second degree in business and finance.
As an Investment Advisory Associate Nancy will be monitoring the investment platform for all our clients. She will also be assisting with investment operations and client meetings as well as taking on the role as one of our client support advisors.
Nancy has 2 small children, who keep her busy and well entertained. She is an avid reader and spends her free time reading on her kindle.
Helen Yin, CPA
Helen has more that 10 years of professional experience in both tax and accounting. Prior to joining PFG in 2015, she served as CFO for an IT consulting firm where she oversaw financial operations in the US, China and Hong Kong. Helen was also the Controller for an online retailer where she developed a strong working knowledge of inventory management.
Helen earned her MBA from Rutgers Business School and is currently licensed as a CPA in NJ. When Helen is not working with her clients, she enjoys outdoor activities with her kids and family and is an advocate for education excellence and serves as Treasurer for several non-profit organizations.
Nicholas Young, CPA
Nick first started his career as an accountant at 18, preparing individual tax returns for HR Block. After obtaining his associates degree from Ocean County College, he went on to intern for a public accounting firm in Toms River, NJ, where he was introduced to governmental auditing and more in-depth personal and business tax returns. While interning, Nick received his Bachelors in accounting in 2016 from Kean University. In 2018, Nick joined PFG and has since sat for and passed his CPA exam, and is now awaiting licensure. He works in all areas of accounting, but especially enjoys tax preparation for Small Business Owners.
In his personal life, Nick operates a soap company and enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking and snowboarding. He is also an avid Star Wars fan.
